The World

The Bushwhacker Mountains, commonly known as the Bushwhackers, are widely considered to be the single most "impenetrable" mountain range in all of North America.

 

Whereas the Rockies, Sierras and Appalachians have all given way to a profusion of major highways and rail roads over the years, the exceptionally weird and woolly  peaks of the Bushwhacker Range continue to stand stalwart against the voracious, ever-encroaching forces of modernization.
